How to Collect
Step 1
Shop online and select your preferred Locker Alliance collection point
Step 2
Receive a SMS and email notification when your parcel is ready for collection.
Step 3
Head down to your selected Locker Alliance locker and enter the PIN received via SMS and email notification.
Step 4
Receive a One Time Pin (OTP) via SMS.
Step 5
Enter the OTP received by SMS.
Step 6
Collect your parcel!
How to Return
Step 1
Contact participating merchant to process your returns and receive a returns label.
Step 2
Enter PIN and mobile number at Locker Alliance Locker.
Step 3
Receive a One Time Pin (OTP) via SMS to previously entered mobile number.
Step 4
Enter the OTP received by SMS.
Step 5
Scan return label affixed to parcel.
Step 6
Deposit parcel and your return process is completed!
