I Missed It

Depending on your postal code, we will transfer your parcel to the designated POPStation or Post Office.

POPStation collection

  • Remember to bring your delivery advice card (the one left under your doorstep in the case of a failed delivery)
  • Do collect your parcel within 5 calendar days
  • Prepare a credit or NETS card for payment of GST and COD (if required)

Post office collection

  • Remember to bring your delivery advice card (the one left under your doorstep in the case of a failed delivery)
  • Bring your NRIC for address verification 
  • Do collect your parcel within 5 working days
