  • *In the unlikely event that your shipment is lost or damaged, compensation is limited to its actual cash value and shall not exceed the greater of US$100 or US$20/kg or US$9.07/Ib for shipments transported by air or other non-load mode of transportation; or US$10/kg or US$4.54/Ib for shipments transported by road (not applicable to the US).
  • In the event of unsuccessful delivery, we will act upon sender's instruction on the consignment note to either send the item back to Singapore at sender's costs, or discard the item.
  • Effective 1 Nov 2014, bookings through the Contact Centre will incur a fee of S$5.00 per booking.
